im getting rid of this junk app seriously like its crap, even on a free trial, snake game...no rewards...,treasure hunt i won first place meaning i opened the most treasure boxes...no reward...recently i got an email to leave a rewiew and post it for 25$ which they say is to your paypal but then find out its to be claimed as blitz bucks and to.make it worse i left my review about a week ago amd followed every instruction to the T...i still havent received any 25$ anywhere, so now they asked me to give feedback for 25$ again so this is the feedback they are getting...its TERRIBLE, *** CUSTOMER SUPPORT that doesnt even get back to you and its all full of covered up lies this whole app, STAY AWAY DOMT WAIST YOUR TIME...temu on the other hand is much better go if you havent used it yet your missing out. The customer support is 110% they really try to please their users. Check it out if you still havent.

Ok First please allow me to explain I believe you are misunderstanding me and my complaint I who is writing to customer support due to I was not the individual that wanted a membership we found this membership due to additional identity theft through the IRS and multiple credit card applications along with multiple loan applications online also several of these games or shopping memberships therefore with my identity theft I felt I was entitled to a refund in full and beings you denied me I decided to look at what it's about and to look up the cancellation it wasn't appreciative of the zero refund along with nobody reaching out to me as individual I had to deal with automated service as far as what I've seen as your group it seems very nice and I might eventually decide to get a membership but as of now this put my checking account in the negative so if anybody wants to reach out to me for my refund I would greatly appreciate that even if it's not a full refund but the partial one of them two of them,something to help me with what has happened to me.
